Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Our Process
We want you to be fully informed about what to expect when the Troff technician comes to your home, so listed below is the 6-Step Process:

Red Carpet Experience for Hardwood Floors:

  • Step 1: Pre-Inspection

First the technician test the floors for any wax and oily substances. Then determines the best method for cleaning.

  • Step 2: Area Preparation/Dry Soil Removal

Then all movable furniture is moved from the area to begin the process. Next our technicians will thoroughly vacuum the area to removal all dry soil, maximizing the results of the cleaning process.

  • Step 3: Imperfection Blending

Our technicians will attempt to blend out minor aesthetically challenged areas found during the pre-inspection.

  • Step 4: Cleaning

Over time your hardwood flooring accumulates common household pollutants such as soil/dirt, food particles and pet body oils. Our cleaning method uses state of the art equipment  and wood safe cleaners to clean the floor causing no dust whatsoever and not exposing any bare wood.

  • Step 5: Refinishing Coat

After the cleaning we apply a refinishing product to all accessible areas. The product is designed to add a layer of protection to your floor on top of the manufactures coating. Areas with large furniture that must be put back in place during the cleaning procedure may inhibit full application of the product.

  • Step 6: Post-Cleaning Inspection

Our technician will go over the cleaning results and discuss how you can maintain your floors after we leave.

Important note*

This process is not designed to repair damage. Our system focuses on restoring your hardwood floors as close to their original look and feel as possible.
Pest Control

Pest Control, Bug Control, Ant Control, Wasp, Mosquito ControlPyramid Protection System

We want you to be fully informed about what to expect when a Troff technician comes to your home, so listed below are the 3 steps used in the Pyramid Protection System.

  • Step 1: The technician does an inspection for conducive conditions to help keep your home free of pests

  • Step 2: A liquid barrier is applied around the foundation of your home to help keep pests outside.

  • Step 3: A granular bait is broadcast outside of the chemical barrier. The granular bait acts as a food source, which once ingested, it quickly controls the intended pests.

-This system operates on a bi-monthly cycle.

Specialty Pests aren't included with the Pyramid Protection System. See Useful Guide to Pest.

Mosquito Control

Umbrella Protection System
For general mosquito management we use a three step process to create a mosquito free umbrella around your home.

  • Step 1: Our Troff Technician uses a contact-knock down solution that targets any active mosquitoes at the time of service.
  • Step 2: An insect growth regulator is applied for future breeding control.
  • Step 3: A residual solution is applied for continued protection in between each service.

*This system operates on a 21 day cycle. This service helps reduce the flea and tick population in your yard too.
